Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a small bowl combine the protein, vanilla, honey, and water until it forms a smooth paste.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the seeds with the paste.
  4. Spread the seed mix evenly across a baking tray.
  5. Toast in the oven for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  6. Allow it to cool completely before eating.
