Method

  1. Prepare the coffee and leave it to cool in a bowl
  2. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar
  3. Add the mascarpone and whip to obtain a soft creamy texture
  4. Dip 20 ladyfingers in the coffee (being careful not to soak them too much) and arrange them in rows in the center of a circular plate
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture on the ladyfingers
  6. Add another layer of 20 ladyfinger biscuits dipped in coffee
  7. Spread the remaining cream mixture on the second layer of ladyfingers
  8. Sprinkle with sieved cocoa powder
  9. Put in the fridge until it's time to serve
