Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
 - 250g sugar
 - 500g mascarpone
 - 40 ladyfingers
 - enough coffee
 - cocoa powder
 
Method
- Prepare the coffee and leave it to cool in a bowl
 - Whip the egg yolks with the sugar
 - Add the mascarpone and whip to obtain a soft creamy texture
 - Dip 20 ladyfingers in the coffee (being careful not to soak them too much) and arrange them in rows in the center of a circular plate
 - Spread half of the cream mixture on the ladyfingers
 - Add another layer of 20 ladyfinger biscuits dipped in coffee
 - Spread the remaining cream mixture on the second layer of ladyfingers
 - Sprinkle with sieved cocoa powder
 - Put in the fridge until it's time to serve
