Ingredients
- Ground cumin - 6 parts
- Smoked paprika - 4 parts
- Garlic powder - 3 parts
- Garam masala - 1 part
- Ras el hanout - 1 part
- Cinnamon - small sprinkle
- Chilli powder - small sprinkle (adjust to your heat level)
- Fennel seeds - small sprinkle (optional)
- Salt - pinch
- Tomato purée - 2 or 3 big squirts
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients together, then sprinkle over cooked minced beef along with the tomato purée. Stir until fully mixed in.
