Ingredients
- 250g gluten-free plain flour
- 110g golden caster sugar
- 125g butter (or dairy free hard margarine)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Grease the baking tin.
- Mix together the flour, sugar and butter (or margarine) until it forms a breadcrumb consistency.
- Add your vanilla extract and egg to your mixture and mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
- Bring together the dough into a lump with your hands.
- Press the dough into your prepared baking tin evenly and bake in the oven until slightly golden (about 15 minutes).
