Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  2. Grease the baking tin.
  3. Mix together the flour, sugar and butter (or margarine) until it forms a breadcrumb consistency.
  4. Add your vanilla extract and egg to your mixture and mix until it forms a dough-like consistency.
  5. Bring together the dough into a lump with your hands.
  6. Press the dough into your prepared baking tin evenly and bake in the oven until slightly golden (about 15 minutes).
