Chocolate fruit & nut bars

Ingredients

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil or butter together over a low heat, or on a low setting in a microwave, until no lumps remain
  2. Coarsely chop the nuts and mix in a large with the other dry ingredients
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the fruit and nut mix
  4. Pour into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper
  5. Allow to cool before refrigerating
  6. Once set remove from the baking tray and cut into bite-sized pieces
  7. Store in an air-tight container
