Chocolate Danone dessert

Method

  1. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour, and salt to a saucepan with about 50ml of the milk. Mix with a whisk to form a smooth paste with no lumps
  2. Add the reamining milk and mix well
  3. Heat on a medium setting, stiring, until the mixture thickens
  4. Remove from the heat and add the cream and chocolate
  5. Stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth
  6. Pour into 125ml glasses and allow to cool
  7. Put in the refrigerator to set and server chilled
