Black bean brownies

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
  2. Line the tin with grease-proof paper.
  3. Using a food processor pulse the beans.
  4. Add the coconut oil, eggs, syrup, and vanilla paste. Pulse to mix together.
  5. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Pulse to combine.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips, and pour into the tin.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Leave to cool completely before removing from the tin.
