Ingredients
- 250g tin of black beans, drained
- 160ml coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup cane sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
- Line the tin with grease-proof paper.
- Using a food processor pulse the beans.
- Add the coconut oil, eggs, syrup, and vanilla paste. Pulse to mix together.
- Add the sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Pulse to combine.
- Stir in the chocolate chips, and pour into the tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Leave to cool completely before removing from the tin.
